Promod offers easy to wear fashion that is equally easy to buy!  Thanks to a perfect balance between the qualities looked for by women and the prices that permit them to purchases without guilt.  The Promod collections are created by and in-house design team.

In our store we offer a variety of different services to help answer your needs:

- garment exchange or refund:  to exchange or refund an item, all you need to do is to return the goods - unworn, unaltered, with the tickets attached and your till receipt to any Promod store in France within one month of purchase (one week for sale items).

- In-store garment reservation:  you can reserve up to 2 garments * free of charge in our Promod store up until the day before sales periods.  We will hold these items for you for 3 days (10 days if you are a Promod cardholder) * outwith promotional or sales items

- Garment alterations:  please ask in-store about our garment altering service.  We offer simple alterations+ (hems - trousers/sleeves, dress straps) for 5 euros (free of charge to Promod cardholders).  These alterations take 2-3 working days.

- Gift vouchers :Promod offers gift vouchers in 10 or 20 euro denominations.  They are valid one year in all european Promod stores (excepting Italy) and also on www.promod.fr  They are not reimbursable.
