 - you can change all articles within 30 days of purchase (48 hours for sales or promotional garments).  This offer is valid for all items that have not been worn, washed, altered or for cosmetics.

- You can order any garment that you like, free of charge and obligation to purchase.  It will be delivered within 48 hours to the store, if ordered before 4pm.  This offer is not valid on Mondays, Bank Holidays and is subject to availability.

 - You are not quite sure??  We can reserve your garment for 24 hours, free of charge, and without obligation to purchase (outwith sale or promotional items)

- we will carry out free of charge your simple alterations (outwith sale or promotional items).  Ask us about for a quote for more detailed tailoring.

-We offer Pimkie gift vouchers in any denomination, valid 6 months in all Pimkie stores in France, Germany and Benelux
